“Empowering Minds: Promoting Inclusivity and Equality in Education”
A successful Capacity Building Seminar on “Gender Sensitivity in Schools” was organized at Innocent Hearts School, Nurpur, with the objective of fostering awareness, inclusivity, and gender equality within the school ecosystem. The seminar aimed to equip educators with the knowledge and skills required to create a safe, respectful, and unbiased learning environment for all students.
The session was enriched by the presence of esteemed resource persons Mr. Rajinder Kumar, Principal of Emm Aar International School, and Ms. Manmeet Kaur Sawhney, Senior Counsellor at MGN School. Their expertise and thought-provoking insights made the seminar highly engaging and impactful.
The program commenced with a warm welcome, followed by interactive and insightful sessions highlighting the importance of addressing gender biases, stereotypes, and discrimination in schools.
