We're delighted to share glimpses from our Capacity Building Programme on "Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies", organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for the educators of Innocent Heart School, Loharan, Jalandhar!

In today's rapidly evolving educational landscape, it's essential for teachers to stay updated on the latest pedagogies and learning outcomes. This programme aimed to equip our educators with the knowledge and skills required to create a more effective and inclusive learning environment.

Our esteemed resource persons, Dr. Gurmeet Kaur Gill and Ms. Kanika Sachdeva, led the session with their expertise.

Dr. Gurmeet Kaur Gill, a distinguished academician with 24 years of experience, holds multiple post-graduate degrees in History, Psychology, Sociology, and Education, as well as a Ph.D. and D.Lit. in Education. She is a strong advocate for the Right to Education and inclusive education. With her extensive experience in various prestigious roles, including Head of Department, Vice Principal, and Principal, Dr. Gill has conducted over 1,000 workshops for students, parents, teachers, and stakeholders. Her numerous accolades and publications are a testament to her dedication and expertise.

Ms. Kanika Sachdeva, Principal of New GMT Public School, Hambran, Ludhiana, brought her valuable insights on education and administration.
