Jalandhar Sahodaya Complex Yoga Competition

Yoga began in the Indus-Saraswati civilisation more than 5,000 years ago in India.
Still, our youngsters are carrying forward the tradition. They performed the yogic postures with proper technique and won Third Prize in Jalandhar Sahodaya Complex Yoga Competition.
